A statement of the unpaid invoices for a customer can be displayed on the Customers & Statements tab.


To display the statement, select a customer and then select the Statement tab.




The statement shows the statement date, the outstanding balance, i.e. the total money owed by the customer and the amount of money, i.e. the money the customer has not paid within the terms of the invoices.


The statement tab only shows outstanding invoices with a date raised prior to the displayed statement date. If you change the date field then the list of invoices will be updated.




Note: Using the statement wizard, SliQ can produce different types of statement.
