The template editor in SliQ Invoicing lets you edit the templates for invoices, quotes, credit notes, purchase orders and statements as well as receipts, delivery notes and reminders.

Template have a defined scope of use, e.g. global templates edited on the Setup/ Template Setup tab apply to all documents of a type where a more specific template is not set, e.g. an invoice template can be set specific to a customer which SliQ will then use when printing or emailing invoices for the customer in preference to the global invoice template.

Scope of Template	Description
Global	The template applies for all items of a type for which a more specific template (customer specific or invoice specific) is not specified. See Editing a global template selection.
Customer or Supplier Specific	The template applies for all items of a type for which a more specific template (invoice specific) is not specified. See Editing a specific template for a customer.
Invoice Specific	The template applies to a specific invoice, overriding any customer-specific or global template selection. See Editing a specific template for an invoice
