To configure PDF Filename Formats options for SliQ Invoicing ...

 

Press the Options button in the toolbar.

 

Make sure the PDF Filename Formats tab is showing in the dialog as follows.

Option

Description

File type

This option lets you choose which PDF file type, e.g. invoice or quote, you wish to configure.

Use Default Numbering Scheme

Unchecking this option let you use the following fields on the tab to alter the number format.

Prefix

This option lets you specify a prefix for PDF filenames.

Include your Company Name/ Include Customer/ Supplier Name/ Include Date/ Include Document Number

These options let you choose to include different values in the filename.

Preview

Shows and example of what a filename will look like with the chosen options.
