One-Off Item

To create a one-off item, click in the Description column and enter a description. When you have finished typing the description, press the TAB key and enter the Quantity, then press the TAB key and enter the price in the Each column. Press TAB again to leave the Each column and the item total will be displayed.

If the VAT column is displayed, you can select a VAT rate for the item.

Note:

You can enter a discount by specifying a negative Each price, e.g. -10 to subtract £10.

Alternatively you can also enter a percentage, e.g. -10% to subtract 10% of the price of the previous item.
