SliQ Invoicing lets you store multiple addresses for a customer.  You can add as many addresses as you like for a customer and choose which you would like to be used by default when raising a new invoice for the customer.

When editing an invoice, if a customer has multiple addresses stored, you can choose which of the addresses to show on the invoice.
