To add a new item onto an order, do one of the following:



Click the Add button at the top of the Full Purchase Order View screen.


Alternatively, click with the mouse in the Description column below any existing items on the order as shown below.




SliQ will then insert a new item as shown below.




Note that initially the Item field is selected. There are a number of ways to continue entering data for the order entry:-


Select an existing Product in the Item field

Select an existing Discount in the Item field

Enter a new Product name in the Item field

Enter a new Discount name in the Item field


Leave the Item field blank and enter details for a one-off item.
