Customers & Statements

The Customers & Statements tab gives access to functions for storing customer details such as addresses, contact name and telephone numbers. The customer details are made available for easy selection when editing an invoice or quote.
The tab also allows a statement of outstanding invoices to be viewed or printed for a customer.
Note: You can specify sets of price bands on the Customers & Statements tab and how the price bands affect the sales price of your products and services defined on the Products & Stock Control tab. For example, you might define a wholesale or trade price band that gets an automatic 5% discount. Once you have defined a price band, you can assign the band to specific customers.
