A bill can be converted to a purchase order, an invoice or a quote.

To convert a bill ...

Select the bill to convert on the Bills tab.

Press the Convert button in the toolbar on the Bills tab, or choose a menu option from the dropdown immediately under the Convert button.

A form will be opened allowing you to confirm/ edit the details of the new document type.

Press the Close & Save button to save any changes you make.

Note: If you are converting a bill to an invoice or quote you will need to pick the customer as the bill will have been defined using a supplier record. SliQ will also automatically change the line item prices to cost prices if the lines items have been created from items in SliQ's product database.
