Under most circumstances, SliQTools provide free support by email. However, there are some cases where we require a support ticket to be purchased to cover administration costs. These are:-

  • Inspection of third-party data, e.g. Excel, to prepare a quote for importing the data
  • Replacement of lost unlock codes

A support ticket costs £10.
