To restore a backup in SliQ, press the Restore button on the
Setup tab as follows.

Note: When SliQ
restores from a backup, ALL data currently held by SliQ will be
replaced by the data from the backup.

SliQ displays a dialog asking if you would like to make a backup
of the existing data held within SliQ before restoring from a
backup.
If you want to make a backup first, press Cancel. Then make a backup before pressing the Restore
button again.
If you don't want to make a backup first, press OK. SliQ then displays a dialog
allowing you to choose the backup file to restore.

Note: If you
have the multi-company version of SliQ you can also restore a
backup by pressing the Restore button on the Companies tab.
