Make sure the Invoices & Payments tab is selected as shown
below.
Select the invoice you wish to email.
Press the Email button
to email the invoice.
Note:
1.
To send an email you must have an email
client installed, e.g. Outlook Express.
2.
If you have not previously entered an
email address for the customer, you will be prompted for an address
after pressing theEmailbutton.
The email address will be stored in the customer record.
