When editing an invoice, quote or credit note, SliQ let's you select a standard customer message. Saving standard messages lets you quickly add customer messages to new invoices, quotes and credit notes.

 

When editing an invoice, quote or credit note, to select a standard message, do the following:

 

Click on the Customer Message tab.

Then click on the Pick a standard message dropdown and choose a message.

The message will then be displayed in the customer message field.

 

Note: If there are no standard messages, the dropdown will be disabled. Simply type your message into the customer message box.
