SliQ allows you to save a PDF of an invoice in the form of a sales receipt. The receipt will be generated using your chosen receipt template.

 

You can save a PDF from the main Invoices & Payments tab or from the invoice editing form.

 

Save a PDF from the main Invoices & Payments tab

 

To save the receipt to a PDF do the following.

 

Make sure the Invoices & Payments tab is selected as shown below.

Select the invoice you wish to save as a receipt in PDF form.

From the drop down menu underneath the PDF button in the toolbar, choose Save a PDF as a Receipt.

 

A Save As dialog will be displayed.

 

Enter the name of the file in which you wish to save the receipt and press OK.

 

To save a PDF while editing an invoice

 

With the invoice open for editing, click the dropdown arrow just below the Email button.

From the popup menu, choose Save a PDF as a Receipt.

 

A Save As dialog will be displayed.

 

Enter the name of the file in which you wish to save the receipt and press OK.
