SliQ can export reports to Excel.

 

All report data can be exported to a new Excel spreadsheet or to a new worksheet in an existing Excel file.

Export Data to a new Excel spreadsheet

 

Make sure the Reports tab is selected as shown below.

 

Select the report type you wish to save.

Press the Export to Excel button.

 

A Save As dialog will be displayed.

 

Enter the name of the file in which you wish to save the Excel version of the report and press OK.

 

Note: A new Excel file will be created overwriting any existing file with the same name.

 

Note: Before saving the report to a new Excel spreadsheet, make sure the spreadsheet file is not currently open in Excel.

 

 

Export Data to an existing Excel spreadsheet

 

Make sure the Reports tab is selected as shown below.

 

Select the report type you wish to save.

Click the dropdown arrow to the right of the Export to Excel button as shown in the above picture.

 

From the dropdown menu, choose the Export to an existing spreadsheet option.

 

A Save As dialog will be displayed.

 

Enter the name of the file in which you wish to save the Excel version of the report and press OK.

 

Note: A new worksheet will be added to the end of the Excel workbook.

 

Note: Before saving the report to an Excel spreadsheet, make sure the spreadsheet file is not currently open in Excel.
