Receipts can either be emailed from the main Invoices & Payments tab or from the Invoice Editing Form.

 

Emailing a Receipt from the Invoices & Payments tab

 

Make sure the Invoices & Payments tab is selected as shown in the picture below.

 

Select the invoice for which you want to email a receipt.

 

Press the dropdown arrow below the Email button to display the email menu.

From the menu, choose Email a Receipt

 

Emailing from the Invoice Editing Form

 

While editing an invoice, press the dropdown arrow below the Email button and from the popup menu choose Email a Receipt.
